When you join

• You receive a welcome benefit of ₪30 to use on your order.
  
• The benefit is valid on orders of ₪150 or more (excluding shipping, unless stated otherwise).
  
• This benefit is one-time only per customer.

After completing your first purchase on the website:

• You will receive an email with a coupon code for 10% off your next order.
  
• This coupon is personal and can be used once only.
  

• You will receive an email with a coupon code for 15% off your third order.
• This coupon is also personal and one-time.
  

Registered customers who have made at least one purchase are eligible for a birthday benefit:

• On your birthday, you will receive an email with a coupon code for 20% off.
  
• The code is valid for 14 days from your birthday.
  
• After 14 days, the benefit expires and cannot be reactivated.

The birthday benefit is available once a year, every year, as long as you meet the conditions (registered user + at least one past purchase).

To receive and redeem any benefit from the program, all of the following must apply:

1. You are registered as a user on the website (you have an AuraBond account).
   
2. You are subscribed to our newsletter and agree to receive emails from us.
   
3. Most benefits are sent via email, so it’s important to make sure:
   Your email address is correct.
   Our emails don’t end up in spam / promotions folders.
   If you are not registered as a user and not subscribed to the newsletter,
   you will not be eligible to receive the benefits.

• Welcome benefit (₪30) – one-time only.
• First purchase benefit (10%) – one-time only.
• Second purchase benefit (15%) – one-time only.
• Birthday benefit (20%) – valid for 14 days from your birthday, and available only to customers who have completed at least one purchase before their birthday.
  The exact validity period and conditions of use (for example: whether the discount applies to the entire site or only specific products) will also be stated inside each coupon email.

• Update, extend, or change the benefits and their terms of use from time to time.
• Cancel an existing benefit or add new benefits.
  Any significant change to the benefits policy will be updated in this document,
  so we recommend checking this page from time to time.

• Simply fill out the form at the top of the page.
• Make sure to check the box next to the email field – this confirms your subscription to our newsletter.
