We accept major credit/debit cards as shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
Prices at checkout include the charges we handle. We currently deliver only within Israel. If any additional fees ever apply, we will explain them clearly in the Help Center under “Payments & Billing”.
Yes – you can download your receipt/invoice from your order confirmation email, or request one via our “Contact us” form (footer or Help Center → “Info & Support”).

For a compressive/sport fit, choose the smaller size. For a relaxed fit, choose the larger one. You can also contact us for personal advice – use “Contact us” in the footer or Help Center → “Info & Support”.
Most items are true to size, but always check the product page for any specific fit notes (for example “runs small” or “runs large”).
Machine wash cold (~30°C) on a gentle cycle, with the garment turned inside out. Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce breathability and damage elasticity over time.
Do not iron directly on prints or heat-sealed logos. If needed, iron inside out on low heat or place a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
A slight first-wash shrink is common in cotton. Gentle washing and air-drying help minimize it.

FAQ
For sports/technical fabrics it’s not recommended -softener reduces breathability and performance. For regular items, skipping softener helps preserve the print and fibers.
Most items: 30–40°C on a gentle cycle. Sports/technical: around 30°C.
Best: hang dry in shade. If you use a dryer, use low heat and remove promptly.
Yes - low heat only, inside out. Do not place the iron directly on prints.

AuraBond – Coupons, Store Credit & Gift Cards Policy
This page explains how coupon codes, automatic discounts, store credit and gift cards work on AuraBond – including how they apply at checkout and how refunds are calculated.
1) Coupon Codes (Promo Codes)
How coupon codes work
Coupon codes can be entered manually in the discount field at checkout.
They apply only when all promotion conditions are met (minimum order amount, eligible items, validity period, etc.).
Only one coupon code can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
When coupon codes may not work
The coupon has expired or reached its usage limit.
The minimum spend or other promotion conditions are not met.
An automatic discount is already active and cannot be combined with a coupon.
The product or collection is excluded from the promotion.
Refunds for orders with coupon codes
Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid after the coupon has been applied, not on the original full price.
Example: Original price: ₪200 → 10% coupon → you pay ₪180 → if refunded, you receive ₪180.
Coupon values themselves are not refundable, not exchangeable for cash, and are not automatically reissued after a return, unless specified in the promotion.
2) Automatic Discounts (Cart-Based Promotions)
AuraBond may run automatic promotions that are applied directly to your cart without entering a code, for example:
Percentage off the entire cart (e.g. 10% off your order)
Spend & Save promotions (e.g. “Spend ₪300, get ₪30 off”)
Buy X Get Y (e.g. “Buy 2, get 1 free”)
Free gift with purchase
How automatic discounts work
They appear automatically in the cart or at checkout when conditions are met.
No coupon code is required.
Only one automatic discount can apply at a time.
Automatic discounts and coupon codes generally cannot be combined, unless clearly stated.
Refunds with automatic discounts
Refunds are based on the discounted prices actually paid. When a cart-wide automatic discount is applied, Shopify allocates the discount across items in your order. This means:
Each item carries a portion of the discount.
If you return only some items, the refund reflects the discounted price of those items, not their original full price.
In quantity-based offers (e.g. “Buy X Get Y”), returning items may reduce or cancel the promotion and adjust the refund amount.
Example: Cart total ₪400 → 10% automatic discount → you pay ₪360. Refunds are calculated from the effective discounted prices that make up the ₪360.
3) Store Credit (AuraBond Credit)
Store credit works like internal balance in your AuraBond account and can be used as a payment method at checkout.
How store credit works
Store credit may be issued for approved returns, customer service gestures, or specific promotions.
You can see your balance in your personal account area (where available).
At checkout, you can apply store credit before using another payment method.
Any unused balance stays available for future orders, unless an expiry date is specified.
Refunds for orders paid with store credit
When you pay with store credit, eligible refunds are returned as store credit.
For mixed payments (credit + card), the refund is split:
The part paid by card is refunded to the same card.
The part paid with store credit is refunded as store credit.
Store credit is not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
4) Gift Cards
AuraBond gift cards are digital cards that can be used as a payment method on our website.
Buying a gift card
Gift cards are sold as a regular product on our site.
After purchase, a digital gift card code is sent by email to the buyer or chosen recipient.
Gift cards can be used on eligible products unless stated otherwise.
Cancelling a gift card purchase
You can cancel a gift card purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the gift card has not been used.
The refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the gift card has been used (even partially), it is no longer refundable. Any remaining balance stays available for future use.
After 14 days from purchase, gift cards are non-refundable; the balance remains valid according to the card’s terms.
Returns for orders paid with gift cards
If you return products paid for with a gift card, any eligible refund is credited back to the same gift card (or as store credit where appropriate).
Refunds are not issued in cash or to another payment method when the original payment was a gift card.
This applies even if more than 14 days have passed since the gift card was purchased – at that point, the right to cancel applies to the products, not to the original gift card transaction.
Gift card balance
Unused balance remains on the card for future purchases until fully used or until expiry (if applicable).

In practice, Shopify will not allow more than one discount type that cannot be combined (for example, a coupon plus an automatic discount). Gift cards and store credit are treated as payment methods and can be used alongside eligible discounts.

איך זיכוי בחשבון עובד
זיכוי ניתן בעקבות החזרות מאושרות, מחוות שירות לקוחות או מבצעים.
את היתרה ניתן לראות באזור האישי (אם קיים באתר).
בקופה ניתן לבחור להשתמש בזיכוי לפני תשלום בכרטיס אשראי או אמצעי אחר.
יתרה שלא נוצלה נשארת לשימוש עתידי, אלא אם צוין מועד תפוגה.
החזרים על הזמנות ששולמו בזיכוי
אם שילמת באמצעות זיכוי, ההחזר יוחזר כזיכוי בחשבון.
אם שילמת בשילוב של זיכוי + כרטיס, ההחזר יחולק:
החלק ששולם בכרטיס – יוחזר לאותו כרטיס.
החלק ששולם בזיכוי – יוחזר כזיכוי בחשבון.
זיכוי בחשבון אינו ניתן להמרה למזומן, אלא אם נדרש לפי חוק.
4) כרטיסי מתנה (Gift Cards)
כרטיסי מתנה של AuraBond הם אמצעי תשלום דיגיטלי לשימוש באתר.
רכישת כרטיס מתנה
כרטיסי מתנה נמכרים כמוצר רגיל באתר.
לאחר הרכישה נשלח מייל עם קוד כרטיס המתנה לקונה או למקבל/ת, לפי הבחירה.
ניתן להשתמש בכרטיס מתנה לקנייה של מוצרים מתאימים, אלא אם צוין אחרת.
ביטול רכישת כרטיס מתנה
ניתן לבטל רכישת כרטיס מתנה ולקבל החזר מלא בתוך 14 ימים מתאריך הרכישה, כל עוד הכרטיס לא נוצל.
ההחזר יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום ששימש לרכישה.
אם נעשה שימוש כלשהו בכרטיס, לא ניתן עוד לקבל עליו החזר כספי. היתרה שנותרה תישאר לשימוש עתידי.
לאחר 14 ימים מתאריך הרכישה, כרטיסי מתנה אינם ניתנים להחזר. היתרה נשארת בתוקף לפי תנאי הכרטיס.
החזרים על הזמנות ששולמו בכרטיס מתנה
אם הזמנה שולמה באמצעות כרטיס מתנה, כל החזר מאושר יזוכה חזרה לאותו כרטיס (או כזיכוי בחשבון, לפי הצורך).
לא ניתן להמיר תשלום שבוצע בכרטיס מתנה למזומן או להחזירו לאמצעי תשלום אחר.
הדבר נכון גם אם עברו יותר מ-14 ימים מתאריך רכישת הכרטיס – בשלב זה הזכות לבטל מתייחסת למוצרים שנרכשו, לא לרכישת הכרטיס עצמו.

If Your Payment Is Declined at Checkout
Sometimes payments can fail or be declined due to:

If You See a Charge You Don’t Recognize
If you are unsure about a charge that appears as AuraBond or via our payment provider:
Check your email for an order confirmation from us.
Ask family members who might use your card.
Contact us with: The last 4 digits of the card, The approximate date and amount of the charge, Your full name and email address. We will check the transaction in our system and confirm whether it relates to an order on our website.If we cannot find a matching transaction, we will let you know and you may choose to contact your card issuer for further investigation.
When We May Cancel an Order
We may cancel an order (with a full refund where payment went through) if:
We cannot verify payment,
Fraud or misuse is suspected, or
There is a clear technical or pricing error. In any such case, we will notify you and explain the next steps.
Refunds & Credits - How Refunds Work
Refunds at AuraBond are handled in line with our Cancellation Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy, and in accordance with Israeli consumer law.
Where Refunds Are Sent
Refunds are issued only to the same payment method used in the original order (via our provider, PayPlus).
We cannot send refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
When Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund is approved (for example, after we receive and inspect returned items where required), we usually:
Process the refund on our side within up to 14 days, in line with the law and our Cancellation Policy. After we issue the refund, it may take additional time for:
Your bank or card issuer to update your statement, and
The credit to appear in your online banking or monthly card bill.
Refunds for Shipping
The original shipping fee is refunded only when the entire order is cancelled, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and our policies.
For partial returns or remorse-based returns, shipping costs are handled as specified in our Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns & Exchanges Policies. If part of your order was paid using store credits, coupons or other promotions (if and when available), the refund may be split between your payment method and non-cash benefits, according to the specific promotion terms.If anything about your refund is unclear, you are always welcome to contact us before sending items back.

Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods shown at checkout, typically including:
Major credit/debit cards issued in Israel (such as Visa, Mastercard, Isracard and others supported by our payment provider, PayPlus). All available payment methods for your order will be displayed clearly during checkout.
Currency & VAT Status
All prices on our website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS / ₪).
AuraBond currently operates as an exempt dealer (Osek Patur) under Israeli law. We do not charge VAT on purchases. We issue a receipt (קבלה) and not a full tax invoice, unless and until our tax status changes. If our tax or business status changes in the future, we will update our documentation and billing accordingly.
Installments (Tashlumim)
For eligible cards, it may be possible to split your payment into up to 6 installments, subject to:

The terms and approval of your credit card issuer. AuraBond does not add extra interest on top of the installment amount on our side. However, your bank or card issuer may apply their own fees or conditions according to your card agreement.

AuraClub – Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
1) About AuraClub
AuraClub is AuraBond’s customer loyalty program (the “Program”). Members earn XP from purchases, level up through tiers, and unlock tier-based benefits - subject to these Terms.
2) Eligibility & Enrollment
Age: The Program is intended for users 18+.
Account required: AuraClub benefits are available only through an active customer account (Shopify New Customer Accounts).
How to join: You become a member when you sign up through the official AuraClub sign-up form and log in to your account.
Email subscription required: Many benefits (including coupons) are sent by email. To be eligible, you must be subscribed to emails using the same email address connected to your account.
3) XP & Tiers
3.1 What is XP?
XP is the points system shown in AuraClub. You earn 1 XP for every ₪1 spent on purchases.
3.2 Refunds, cancellations, and XP adjustments
If an order is refunded, cancelled, or reversed, XP may be adjusted (reduced) accordingly based on your updated purchase totals.
3.3 Tier thresholds
AuraClub has 5 tiers:
Starter: 0 XP
Athlete: 250 XP
Pro: 750 XP
Elite: 1500 XP
Aura: 3000 XP
Tier upgrades happen automatically when your XP reaches the next threshold.
4) Inactivity Tier Downgrade (6-Month Rule)
Applies from Athlete and above.
If you make no purchases for 6 months from the date of your last purchase, your tier will be downgraded by one level temporarily.
You will receive an email reminder approximately one month before the downgrade date (if you are subscribed to emails).
The downgrade is temporary: once you make a purchase of any amount, your tier will update back automatically according to your XP.
5) Tier Benefits
5.1 Free home delivery by tier
AuraBond offers free pickup-point shipping as a standard option on the site. AuraClub adds a tier-based benefit for free home delivery, subject to eligibility.
Home delivery standard fee: ₪25 (unless free by tier threshold).
Free home delivery thresholds (home delivery):
Regular customers + Starter: free home delivery from ₪399
Athlete: free home delivery from ₪349
Pro: free home delivery from ₪299
Elite: free home delivery from ₪199
Aura: free home delivery always (₪0 threshold)
To receive tier-based free home delivery, you must be:
logged in to the eligible account, and
subscribed to emails via the Program sign-up, and
in the eligible tier at checkout.
5.2 Tier coupons (join / level-up rewards)
Each tier includes a coupon reward:
Starter: ₪30 off orders of ₪150+
Athlete: 10% off
Pro: 15% off
Elite: 20% off
Aura: 25% off
One-time per tier: Tier coupon rewards are one-time use per customer per tier.
Minimum order value for percentage coupons
Percentage coupons require a minimum order value based on the percentage:
10% off: minimum ₪100
15% off: minimum ₪150

At AuraBond, we want you to feel confident shopping with us and to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
1) Shipping & Delivery (Summary)
Delivery within Israel is offered as follows (as displayed at checkout):
Pickup point delivery: Free of charge.
Home delivery: ₪25 for orders below ₪399.
Free home delivery applies to orders of ₪399 and above.
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days, from the date your order is processed and handed to the courier.
In some cases (remote areas, high-demand periods, or specific products), delivery times may be longer. Any such exceptions will be mentioned on the relevant product page or at checkout.

2) Order Cancellations & Refunds (Summary)
You may cancel an online purchase (distance sale) within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and our full Cancellation Policy.
Eligible customers who are senior citizens (65+), new immigrants, or individuals with disabilities may be entitled to an extended cancellation period of up to 4 months, subject to the legal conditions and upon providing proper documentation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (via our payment processor, PayPlus) and are generally processed within up to 14 days, subject to receiving the returned goods where required by law.

3) Returns & Exchanges (Remorse / Change of Mind)
You may request a return or exchange due to change of mind under the following conditions:
The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item is unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
Preferably, the item should be returned in its original packaging.
Exchanges:
You may exchange an item for a different size or color (where available) within the same 14-day period.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, we may offer an alternative or a refund in accordance with our policies and the law.
Return shipping costs (remorse-based):
In change-of-mind cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the law states otherwise.
If we provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup, the cost (typically equivalent to our standard delivery fee of ₪25) may be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
4) Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

5) Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been used, worn, washed, or are not in their original condition.
Products that were damaged under the customer’s responsibility after delivery.
Underwear, swimwear, and socks – due to hygiene reasons, unless unused with the original hygiene seal and packaging 100% intact and as allowed by law.

AuraBond – Cancellation Policy
Aligned with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law & Cancellation Regulations
1) Right to Cancel (Distance Sales / Online Orders)
You may cancel a distance sale (online order) within 14 days from the later of: (a) the date of the transaction, (b) the date you received the goods, or (c) the date you received the contract summary / disclosure (“Full Disclosure”) document,
whichever is later, subject to the conditions in the law.

Cancellation will be considered received on the date we receive your notice.
For cancellations due to a change of mind (remorse), we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the total transaction amount (including delivery fees, where applicable) or ₪100 – whichever is lower, in accordance with Israeli law.
The cancellation fee is the only fee that will be charged for a lawful remorse-based cancellation, and it will not exceed the cap above.
No cancellation fee will be charged where the cancellation is due to a defective product, non-conformity, delay in delivery, or misleading information.
3) Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, via our payment processor (PayPlus), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, in accordance with applicable law and subject to the return of the goods (or proof of return shipment) where required by law.
We cannot refund to a different card or payment method than the one used in the original order.

Refund of outbound delivery fees (shipping you paid at checkout):
If you cancel/return the entire order in accordance with the law, any outbound delivery fee actually paid by you at checkout (if any) will be refunded, in accordance with the law.
If only part of the order is returned, the outbound delivery fee (if any) is generally not refunded, in accordance with the law.
You may return the items using your own shipping method (post / courier) at your own expense.
If we provide a pre-arranged return label or courier pickup, the cost may be deducted from your refund or charged separately (the cost will be communicated to you in advance).
If the cancellation is due to a defect / non-conformity / delay / misleading transaction, we cover the return cost, as required by law.
4) Product Condition for Returns
Unless the law states otherwise, items must be returned in the following condition:

Hygiene-sensitive products:
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and socks can be returned only if they are unused and the original hygiene seal / inner packaging is fully intact.
Custom-made / personalized items:
Custom-made or personalized items (where production is based on a unique request) are generally non-cancellable, except where cancellation is required under applicable law (e.g., defect, non-conformity, etc.).
5) Extended Right to Cancel (Eligible Populations)
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the following customers may be entitled to an extended cancellation period of up to 4 months, provided that a conversation / interaction with a company representative took place during the transaction (by phone, chat, etc.):

Persons with disabilities
New immigrants
In such cases, the 4-month period is counted from the date of receiving the product, the contract summary, or the transaction details – according to the law.
We may request supporting documentation (e.g., disability certificate, immigration certificate, or ID for age verification).
6) Ongoing Services / Subscriptions
At this time, AuraBond does not offer ongoing subscription services that involve recurring charges.
If we introduce subscription-based services in the future, the specific cancellation terms (including how to cancel, notice periods, and any applicable fees) will be clearly presented in the relevant offer and updated in this policy.
7) Processing Returns, Exchanges & Communication

At AuraBond, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency about costs and timelines.
1) Shipping Methods & Fees (Israel Only)
We currently ship within Israel only.
Pickup Point Delivery: Free of charge.
Home Delivery – Standard: ₪25 for orders below ₪399 Free home delivery for orders of ₪399 and above
Express Delivery (if available) When express delivery is enabled, the available options, prices and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout.
If you do not see an express option at checkout, only the standard options above are available for your address.
All prices on the website are displayed in ILS (₪). AuraBond operates as an exempt dealer (Osek Patur), meaning prices do not include VAT and no VAT is charged on purchases.
2) Delivery Times & Order Processing
Estimated delivery time for standard home delivery is 7–12 business days from the time your order is processed and handed over to the courier.
“Business days” do not include Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, or holiday eves in Israel.
During peak seasons, sales events, or in remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Order processing:
Orders that are fully approved and paid are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and where available – tracking details for your shipment.
3) How Delivery Works
Orders are fulfilled by our authorized fulfillment partners and delivered in Israel by a local courier / last-mile delivery service.
Depending on the carrier’s policy and your location, delivery may be: Directly to your home address, or To a nearby pickup point / collection point, from which you will be able to collect the parcel within the carrier’s time limits. Any special delivery terms (for example: pickup only, building access limitations, or areas with limited service) will be communicated by the courier where relevant.
4) Split Shipments
To get your items to you as quickly as possible:
Products from the same order may be shipped in separate parcels, at no additional cost to you.
Each parcel may have its own tracking number (where tracking is available).
You will be charged for shipping only as displayed at checkout (which may be free), regardless of the number of parcels shipped for that order.
5) Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure that:
The delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate (including apartment number, entrance, floor, and any relevant access details).
Your name and phone number are correct so the courier can contact you if needed.
If a delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address,
Repeated failed delivery attempts, or
The parcel not being collected from a pickup point within the time set by the carrier,

2.1 Eligibility / Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site.
If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made under the name and payment method of such parent/legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements above.
This clause is intended to reflect the rules of legal capacity and guardianship applicable in Israel and does not limit any mandatory rights under law.
3) Prices, Currency & VAT Status
All prices on the site are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (ILS / ₪).
Prices shown at checkout are final, and include all applicable charges known to us at the time (excluding any additional fees explicitly stated or required by law).
AuraBond currently operates as an exempt dealer (Osek Patur) under Israeli law. This means: We do not charge VAT on purchases, and We issue a receipt (קבלה) and not a full tax invoice, unless and until our tax status changes. Any additional charges (e.g., shipping fees) are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment, so that the total shown is the final price payable at that time.
If our tax or business status changes in the future, we will update our documentation and policies accordingly.
Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers or international warehouses may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT at the border, clearance fees, or any additional charges imposed by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.
These charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee displayed on the website.
AuraBond does not cover, refund, or control these charges, and the total amount payable at checkout does not include any customs-related fees that may be charged upon arrival in Israel.
4) Ordering & Acceptance
Placing an order on the site constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
Order confirmation emails are sent for convenience and do not themselves constitute a binding acceptance in cases of obvious error.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund, where payment was already made) in cases including but not limited to: Stock errors or unavailability Obvious pricing or typographical errors Suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse Failure to obtain payment authorization or complete verification
If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund amounts paid to the original payment method, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
5) Payment & Receipts
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example: credit/debit cards via our payment provider, and any additional methods we may offer).
Payment is processed securely via our authorized payment processor(s).
Once payment is approved, we issue an electronic receipt to the payer of record, to the email address supplied at checkout.
If and when our status requires issuing a tax invoice, we will issue it in accordance with applicable law and update these Terms.
6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping options, fees, and estimated timeframes are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
As a general rule, orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide or to a designated pickup point, in line with the carrier’s procedures.
Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to: Your specified delivery address, or The designated pickup point, once the package is available for collection.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and for collecting parcels on time where pickup is required.
7) Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges – Your Legal Rights
Cancellation rights under Israeli consumer law (distance sales) apply regardless of product issues, and are separate from claims relating to defects or non-conformity.
Your statutory consumer rights under Israeli law apply in addition to any store policy. The following is a high-level summary; full details appear in our Cancellation Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
7.1 Distance / Remote Sales (Online Orders)
You may cancel a distance sale within 14 days from the later of: (a) the date of the transaction, (b) the date you received the product, or (c) the date you received the transaction summary / “Full Disclosure” document, subject to the conditions in the law.
A lawful cancellation may incur a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the total transaction amount (including delivery fees, where applicable) or ₪100 – whichever is lower, where applicable.
Refunds for lawful cancellations are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice, in accordance with the law and our Cancellation Policy.
7.2 Extended Cancellation (Eligible Populations)
Senior citizens (65+), new immigrants, and persons with disabilities may be entitled to cancel within up to 4 months, provided the transaction involved a conversation or interaction with our representative (including phone or electronic communications).
We may request proof of status (e.g., disability certificate, immigration certificate, or ID for age).
7.3 When the Issue Is Our Fault
If cancellation occurs due to a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver on time, or other breach on our part: You may be entitled to a full refund, No cancellation fee will be charged, and We may be responsible for return shipping, as detailed in our policies and the law.
7.4 How to Cancel
You may cancel by sending a clear cancellation notice via at least one of the following:
Online cancellation form (link available in the footer, where applicable)
Registered mail to our registered address
The notice should include your name, order number, contact details, and details of the items being cancelled. Providing an ID number is optional but may help with processing, where allowed by law.
7.5 Returns & Exchanges – Store Policy
Unless the law requires otherwise, you may request an exchange (e.g., size or color) or a return for refund within 14 days of receipt, provided: Items are unused, unworn, undamaged, In original condition, with tags and labels attached, And preferably in the original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
For remorse-based returns, return shipping costs may apply to you, unless otherwise stated in our policies or the law.
Where there is a conflict between store policy and statutory rights, statutory rights prevail.
7.6 Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless otherwise required by law, the following are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom-made or personalized goods
Items that can be copied, recorded, or reproduced and whose sealed packaging has been opened
Underwear, swimwear, and similar hygiene-sensitive items (except as permitted by law)
Products significantly used or damaged after delivery
Any additional categories defined by law or clearly stated on the product page as “non-returnable” or “final sale” In any case of conflict between these Terms and our detailed Cancellation Policy or Returns & Exchanges Policy, the policy that is more favorable to the consumer shall apply, subject to the law.
8) Product Information, Colors & Sizing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and size charts are accurate and up to date.
However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to: Screen settings and display differences Production tolerances and fabric batches
Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a defect or non-conformity. We recommend checking the size charts on each product page and contacting us if you are unsure about sizing.
9) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Terms and conditions for promotions and discounts are shown where the promotion is advertised (e.g., on banners or product pages).
Unless otherwise stated: Coupons are for single use, Non-transferable, May be limited to a specific user, account, or minimum order amount, and Cannot be combined with other discounts.
Gift cards or store credits (where available) are: Generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, Subject to their own terms and expiry dates, except where law requires otherwise.
10) Defects, Warranty & Remedies
If you receive a defective, incorrect, damaged-in-transit, or missing item, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so we can investigate and assist promptly.
This does not limit your statutory rights and remedies under Israeli law, including your right to cancel a distance sale within the applicable timeframes.
We will review the case and, if confirmed, provide a remedy such as: Replacement, Exchange, and/or Refund, in accordance with consumer protection laws and our store policies. Your statutory warranties and remedies under Israeli consumer law remain available to you and are not limited by these Terms.
10.1 Proper Use & Care (Sportswear & Accessories)
Sportswear and accessories (including but not limited to gloves, straps, and training gear) must be used and cared for in accordance with any instructions on the product page, label, or packaging. Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper washing/care, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or use contrary to instructions do not constitute a defect or non-conformity.
10.2 Limitation of Liability (Fair Use Clause)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraBond shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of products, or the use of the Site.
10.3 Mandatory Rights, Personal Injury & Prohibited Exclusions
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Israeli law, nor to exclude liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10.4 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraBond’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the relevant product(s) that gave rise to the claim.
11) Accounts & Acceptable Use
If you create an account on the site:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to engage in any misuse of the site, including but not limited to: Attempting to breach security or interfere with the site’s operation Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code Scraping, automated data collection, or excessive request loads beyond normal use Violating any applicable law or third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access or accounts in case of misuse, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
