Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received the product or the date you received the disclosure document/confirmation email - whichever is later.For senior citizens (65+), people with disabilities, and new immigrants, cancellation for remote sales is permitted within 4 months, subject to the conditions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Cancellation Fee

For cancellations due to a change of mind, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100₪ -whichever is lower - will be charged.No cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is due to:
a defective product
an incorrect item
late delivery
a mismatch between what was promised and what was received
any other breach of contract

Returning the Product

After submitting your cancellation notice, the product must be returned.
Return shipping (remorse-based): return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise required by law.
If the cancellation is due to defect / non-delivery / mismatch: AuraBond will cover the return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution.
Products should be returned, as much as possible:
in their original condition
unworn and unused
with all tags and labels attached
preferably in the original packaging

Refund

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used in the original purchase.Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice (minus any applicable cancellation fee), subject to receiving the returned goods when required by law.You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

Shipping fee refund

The original shipping fee will be refunded only when the entire order is cancelled, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Limitations on Cancellation

Unless otherwise required by law, the following items cannot be cancelled or returned:
Products that were used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear, swimwear, socks) - unless unused and the hygiene seal/packaging is 100% intact.
Custom-made or personalized products (only if applicable and clearly stated on the product page).
Items clearly marked on the product page as “non-returnable” or “final sale.”
