Where do you ship to?
We currently accept and deliver orders within the State of Israel only.
How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?
Standard home delivery costs ₪25 for orders below ₪399 and is free for orders of ₪399 and above.
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from the moment your order is processed and handed to the courier. Remote areas or peak periods may take slightly longer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email, and where available, a tracking link. You can also use the Order Tracking page linked in the footer.
What if my parcel is missing or marked as delivered but I can’t find it?
If you didn’t receive your parcel, it shows as delivered but you can’t find it, or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Key information about your return window, shipping costs and how to cancel.
What is your return and exchange window?
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original condition with tags attached and preferably in the original packaging.
Eligible populations under Israeli law (such as senior citizens, new immigrants and persons with disabilities) may benefit from an extended cancellation period, subject to legal conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For remorse-based returns, the customer usually pays the return shipping cost. If we provide a prepaid label or pickup, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, delay or misleading transaction, we cover the return shipping cost in line with our policies and the law.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Unless required by law, we generally cannot accept returns for: custom-made or personalized products, underwear and swimwear, socks, heavily used or damaged items, and items clearly marked as “final sale” or non-returnable.
How do I cancel an order and what are the cancellation fees?
You can cancel a distance sale in line with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law by sending a clear cancellation notice via email, phone/WhatsApp, contact form or registered mail.
For remorse-based cancellations, a fee of up to 5% of the transaction total or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply. No cancellation fee is charged where the issue is our fault (defect, non-conformity, delay, etc.).
Payments & Billing

Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely via our provider (PayPlus) using major Israeli credit/debit cards, as shown at checkout.
Do prices include VAT and will I receive a tax invoice?
AuraBond currently operates as an exempt dealer (Osek Patur). We do not charge VAT on purchases and we issue a receipt, not a full tax invoice.
If our tax status changes in the future, we will update our documentation and billing accordingly.
Can I pay in installments?
For eligible cards, you may be able to split your payment into several installments (as shown at checkout, typically up to 6), subject to your card issuer’s approval. AuraBond does not add extra interest; your bank or issuer may apply its own fees.
When will my refund appear on my card?
Once your refund is approved, we usually process it within up to 14 days to the original payment method via PayPlus. Your bank or card issuer may then need additional time to update your statement and show the credit.
Products, Sizing & Care
Information about sizing, colors and basic care recommendations for your sportswear.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart and fit notes where available. Please review them before ordering, and if you’re unsure, contact us with your measurements and we’ll be happy to advise.
Will the colors and fabric look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to present accurate images, but minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings, lighting and production batches. Such small differences do not necessarily constitute a defect.
How should I wash and care for my sportswear?
We generally recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle at around 30°C, avoiding fabric softeners, and air-drying. Fabric softeners can reduce breathability and damage elasticity over time.

What data do you collect and why?
We collect the minimum data needed to process orders, provide support, measure usage and improve the site: contact details, order details and anonymous usage data (IP, browser type, pages viewed), as described in our Privacy Policy.
How can I manage my cookie preferences?
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject certain categories (such as analytics and marketing). You can also change your browser settings to block or delete cookies at any time.
How can I request access to or deletion of my data?
You can contact us at support@aurabond.co.il to request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations (for example, retaining invoices and transaction records).

What accessibility features does the site provide?
We work to align our site with IS 5568 (WCAG 2.0 AA-based), including structured headings, screen-reader support, keyboard navigation and responsive design.
An accessibility icon is available on every page, opening a SenseApps toolbar that lets you adjust contrast, font size, highlight links, pause animations and more.
