We currently accept and deliver orders within the State of Israel only.
Standard home delivery costs ₪25 for orders below ₪399 and is free for orders of ₪399 and above. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from the moment your order is processed and handed to the courier. Remote areas or peak periods may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email, and a tracking link.
If you didn’t receive your parcel, it shows as delivered but you can’t find it, or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, unworn, undamaged, in its original condition with tags attached and preferably in the original packaging. Eligible populations under Israeli law (such as senior citizens, new immigrants and persons with disabilities) may benefit from an extended cancellation period, subject to legal conditions.
For remorse-based returns, the customer usually pays the return shipping cost. If we provide a prepaid label or pickup, the cost may be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to a defect, incorrect item, delay or misleading transaction, we cover the return shipping cost in line with our policies and the law.
Yes. Unless required by law, we generally cannot accept returns for: custom-made or personalized products, underwear and swimwear, socks, heavily used or damaged items, and items clearly marked as “final sale” or non-returnable.
You can cancel a distance sale in line with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law by sending a clear cancellation notice via email, phone/WhatsApp, contact form or registered mail. For remorse-based cancellations, a fee of up to 5% of the transaction total or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may apply. No cancellation fee is charged where the issue is our fault (defect, non-conformity, delay, etc.).
Payments are processed securely via our provider (PayPlus) using major Israeli credit/debit cards, as shown at checkout.
AuraBond currently operates as an exempt dealer (Osek Patur). We do not charge VAT on purchases and we issue a receipt, not a full tax invoice. If our tax status changes in the future, we will update our documentation and billing accordingly.
For eligible cards, you may be able to split your payment into several installments (as shown at checkout, typically up to 6), subject to your card issuer’s approval. AuraBond does not add extra interest; your bank or issuer may apply its own fees.
Once your refund is approved, we usually process it within up to14 daysto the original payment method via PayPlus. Your bank or card issuer may then need additional time to update your statement and show the credit.
Each product page includes a size chart and fit notes where available. Please review them before ordering, and if you’re unsure, contact us with your measurements and we’ll be happy to advise.
We do our best to present accurate images, but minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings, lighting and production batches. Such small differences do not necessarily constitute a defect.
We generally recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle at around 30°C, avoiding fabric softeners, and air-drying. Fabric softeners can reduce breathability and damage elasticity over time.
We collect the minimum data needed to process orders, provide support, measure usage and improve the site: contact details, order details and anonymous usage data (IP, browser type, pages viewed), as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject certain categories (such as analytics and marketing). You can also change your browser settings to block or delete cookies at any time.

Use your tracking link. To find our Order Tracking page, scroll to the site footer and tap “Order Tracking”, or open the Help Center and go to “Orders & Shipping”. Tracking updates appear once the carrier scans your parcel.
Contact us as soon as possible. You’ll find “Contact us” in the site footer, or via the Help Center under “Info & Support”. If production/shipping hasn’t started, we’ll try to update it. Once dispatched, changes depend on the carrier.
Unused items in original condition can typically be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Start by contacting us or following the instructions on the “Returns & Exchanges” page (site footer or Help Center).
Hygiene-sensitive items and custom-made pieces may be non-returnable unless faulty. See our “Returns & Exchanges Policy” and “Cancellation Policy” – located in the site footer under “Legal”, or in the Help Center under “Legal & Privacy”.
Submit a request via the “Returns & Exchanges” link in the footer or from the Help Center. Once your request is approved and the original item is received, we’ll ship the new size/color or issue a refund, according to your choice.

Prices at checkout include the charges we handle. We currently deliver only within Israel. If any additional fees ever apply, we will explain them clearly in the Help Center under “Payments & Billing”.
Yes – you can download your receipt/invoice from your order confirmation email, or request one via our “Contact us” form (footer or Help Center → “Info & Support”).
On each product page look for “Size Guide”. You can also open the Help Center and go to “Info & Support” for general sizing information. We add fit notes on product pages when available.
For a compressive/sport fit, choose the smaller size. For a relaxed fit, choose the larger one. You can also contact us for personal advice – use “Contact us” in the footer or Help Center → “Info & Support”.
Most items are true to size, but always check the product page for any specific fit notes (for example “runs small” or “runs large”).
Machine wash cold (~30°C) on a gentle cycle, with the garment turned inside out. Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce breathability and damage elasticity over time.
Do not iron directly on prints or heat-sealed logos. If needed, iron inside out on low heat or place a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
A slight first-wash shrink is common in cotton. Gentle washing and air-drying help minimize it.

To keep your garment looking great, please follow these guidelines. Always check the inside label as well.
For sports/technical fabrics it’s not recommended -softener reduces breathability and performance. For regular items, skipping softener helps preserve the print and fibers.
Most items: 30–40°C on a gentle cycle. Sports/technical: around 30°C.
Best: hang dry in shade. If you use a dryer, use low heat and remove promptly.
Yes - low heat only, inside out. Do not place the iron directly on prints.
Cotton may shrink slightly after the first wash -that’s normal. Gentle drying and hang-drying help minimize it.
Wash inside out with similar colors, at low–medium temps, without softener or bleach, and dry gently.

This page explains how coupon codes, automatic discounts, store credit and gift cards work on AuraBond – including how they apply at checkout and how refunds are calculated.
Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid after the coupon has been applied, not on the original full price.
Example: Original price: ₪200 → 10% coupon → you pay ₪180 → if refunded, you receive ₪180.
Coupon values themselves are not refundable, not exchangeable for cash, and are not automatically reissued after a return, unless specified in the promotion.
AuraBond may run automatic promotions that are applied directly to your cart without entering a code, for example:
Refunds are based on the discounted prices actually paid. When a cart-wide automatic discount is applied, Shopify allocates the discount across items in your order. This means:
Example: Cart total ₪400 → 10% automatic discount → you pay ₪360. Refunds are calculated from the effective discounted prices that make up the ₪360.
Store credit works like internal balance in your AuraBond account and can be used as a payment method at checkout.
Store credit is not exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
AuraBond gift cards are digital cards that can be used as a payment method on our website.

In practice, Shopify will not allow more than one discount type that cannot be combined (for example, a coupon plus an automatic discount). Gift cards and store credit are treated as payment methods and can be used alongside eligible discounts.

AuraClub is the customer loyalty program of AuraBond, hereinafter: the “Program”.
AuraClub members earn XP from eligible purchases, move up through membership tiers, and unlock tier-based benefits, including coupons, shipping benefits, birthday gifts, AuraCash, extended exchanges, and additional benefits, all subject to these Terms.
AuraCash is AuraBond’s loyalty store credit / internal credit for use on the AuraBond website, as detailed in these Terms.
The Program is intended for users aged 18 and above.
Eligibility to receive AuraClub benefits requires that the customer:
The customer’s membership tier may be managed in AuraBond’s systems through XP, customer tags, customer segments, metafields, or any other system marker used to manage AuraClub.
The official AuraClub sign-up form on the website is the official way to join the Program. However, signing up through the official form is not an exclusive requirement for receiving all AuraClub benefits, as long as the customer meets the eligibility requirements of being Email subscribed and having a Tier identified in AuraBond’s systems.
The Starter welcome coupon of ₪30 off orders of ₪150 or more is available only to customers who sign up through the official AuraClub sign-up form, confirm email subscription, and meet the benefit’s eligibility terms.
To receive coupons, tier updates, birthday gifts, AuraClub messages, and benefits sent by email, the customer must be subscribed to receive emails from AuraBond using the email address identified in AuraBond’s systems.
To view or redeem certain account-based benefits, including AuraCash / Store Credit, the customer will be required to log in to their customer account using the same email address where the benefit was earned.
SMS subscription is not required in order to participate in AuraClub. Customers who choose to subscribe to SMS messages may receive updates, offers, or additional benefits through that channel, subject to their explicit consent and applicable law.
If there is any issue with registration, customer identification, benefits, data synchronization, coupons, or AuraCash redemption, the customer may contact AuraBond customer support.
XP is the customer’s progress score within AuraClub.
AuraClub members earn 1 XP for every ₪1 spent on eligible purchases on the AuraBond website.
XP is used to determine the customer’s membership tier and cannot be converted into cash, credit, coupons, or AuraCash.
XP is calculated based on the amount actually paid for eligible products after discounts and coupons, excluding shipping fees, taxes, fees, adjustments, refunds, or canceled amounts.
If taxes are displayed or calculated separately in the system, they will not be included in the XP calculation.
For amounts that are not whole numbers, XP will be calculated according to AuraBond’s system calculation method.
In the event of an order cancellation, full or partial return, refund, order change, payment failure, system error, or misuse, AuraBond may cancel, reduce, or adjust the XP earned from that purchase.
If a partial return is made, the XP will be adjusted according to the final purchase amount remaining after the return or refund.

Tier upgrades occur automatically when the customer’s XP reaches the next tier threshold, subject to correct system data.
AuraBond does not downgrade tiers or disable benefits due to inactivity alone.
XP earned by the customer remains in the customer profile, and the customer’s tier will not be lowered solely because the customer has not made a purchase for a certain period of time.
However, AuraBond may update, reduce, or cancel XP, benefits, coupons, or AuraCash in cases of returns, cancellations, refunds, order adjustments, system errors, misuse, or any action that affects the eligible purchase amount.
AuraBond may offer free pickup-point delivery as a standard option on the website, according to the shipping policy available on the website.
In addition, AuraClub provides a tier-based free home delivery benefit, subject to eligibility and these Terms.
The regular cost of home delivery is ₪25, unless the customer is eligible for free home delivery under the website terms or their AuraClub tier.

To receive free home delivery according to the customer’s AuraClub tier, the customer must meet the Program eligibility requirements at checkout, including being Email subscribed and having a Tier identified in AuraBond’s systems.
The tier-based shipping benefit is provided through an automatic shipping discount based on the customer’s tier or customer segment.
If there is a synchronization issue between the email address, email subscription status, tier, tag, segment, or metafield of the customer, the shipping benefit may not appear at checkout.
Each AuraClub tier includes a one-time reward coupon, subject to these Terms.

Welcome and level-up coupons are one-time benefits per customer and per tier.
Every coupon code sent as part of AuraClub is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent, unless stated otherwise.
A customer who has received a coupon for a specific tier will not automatically be eligible to receive the same coupon again for that tier, unless AuraBond decides otherwise.
The Starter welcome coupon of ₪30 is issued only after signing up through the official AuraClub sign-up form, confirming email subscription, and meeting the benefit’s eligibility terms.
Percentage coupons are subject to a minimum order value based on the discount amount:

This minimum order rule applies to level-up coupons, birthday coupons, and other percentage-based benefits, unless stated otherwise.
For example: a 25% off coupon requires a minimum order value of ₪250.
AuraClub discounts are subject to AuraBond’s discount rules and Shopify’s discount combination rules.
As a general rule, AuraClub coupons of the Order Discount or Product Discount type, including welcome coupons, level-up coupons, and birthday coupons, may be combined only with shipping discounts / Shipping Discounts.
AuraClub coupons of the Order Discount or Product Discount type cannot be combined with additional Order Discount or Product Discount codes, unless AuraBond states otherwise.
Shipping coupons and shipping benefits of the Shipping Discount type, including tier-based free home delivery, may be combined with Order Discount or Product Discount coupons, according to checkout settings, customer eligibility, and the active discount combination rules on the website.
The tier-based AuraClub shipping benefit is provided through an automatic shipping discount based on the customer’s tier or customer segment, and therefore may appear automatically at checkout when the customer meets the eligibility requirements.
For example:
A Pro tier customer may use a 15% level-up coupon and, at the same time, receive free home delivery if the order amount meets the Pro free shipping threshold.
If several discounts or benefits are not eligible to be combined, the checkout may apply the eligible discount or discount combination according to Shopify rules and AuraBond’s settings at that time.
AuraBond may update its discount combination rules from time to time, including which coupons can be combined with shipping benefits, which coupons cannot be combined with other discounts, and which benefits will be applied automatically at checkout.
AuraClub members may be eligible for a birthday gift according to their membership tier.
The birthday gift is sent as a coupon code by email, subject to the customer:
If the customer did not provide a date of birth, or if there is an issue with the customer details, the customer may contact customer support.
The birthday coupon is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent.

Birthday coupons are subject to the minimum order value based on the coupon value, as detailed in Section 5.

AuraCash is AuraBond’s loyalty credit, earned by eligible customers according to their AuraClub tier.
AuraCash is not cashback to a bank account and is not cash. AuraCash is Store Credit / internal credit for use on the AuraBond website only.
AuraCash is managed in the customer account and can be redeemed for purchases on the AuraBond website, according to the redemption options available at checkout.
To view or redeem AuraCash, the customer will be required to log in to the customer account using the email address where the AuraCash was earned.
AuraCash earning is available only for the following tiers:

The Starter tier does not earn AuraCash, unless AuraBond decides otherwise as part of a special promotion or benefit.
AuraCash is calculated based on the amount actually paid for eligible products in an eligible order, after discounts and coupons, excluding:
A Pro tier customer makes an eligible product purchase of ₪300 after discounts, excluding shipping.
The customer will earn AuraCash at a rate of 3%, meaning ₪9 AuraCash.
AuraCash may be added to the customer’s account immediately or shortly after the order is placed, depending on system capabilities and order validity.
AuraBond may delay, cancel, reduce, or adjust AuraCash in cases of suspected error, misuse, order cancellation, return, refund, payment failure, or order change.
In the event of an order cancellation, full or partial return, refund, payment failure, or order change, AuraCash earned from that order will be canceled, reduced, or adjusted accordingly.
If the customer has already used AuraCash that was earned from an order that was later canceled or returned, AuraBond may deduct the amount from future AuraCash balance, update the account balance, cancel future AuraCash, or perform another adjustment in accordance with the website policy and applicable law.
AuraCash does not expire and will remain available in the customer’s account without a time limit, as long as the account is active and subject to these Terms.
AuraBond may update, reduce, or cancel AuraCash balance in cases of returns, cancellations, refunds, system errors, misuse, an account opened improperly, duplicate accounts, or any action intended to exploit the Program in bad faith.
AuraCash can be redeemed on the AuraBond website only.
AuraCash is not a coupon code, but loyalty credit / Store Credit. As a general rule, AuraCash can be used together with coupons, discounts, and other benefits, subject to checkout options, Shopify rules, system limitations, and AuraBond’s settings at that time.
AuraCash cannot be transferred to another customer, sold, converted into cash, or redeemed outside the AuraBond website.
To redeem AuraCash, the customer must be logged in to the customer account where the AuraCash balance exists.
AuraClub provides members with extended exchange windows only, such as size or color exchanges, according to membership tier.
Extended exchanges do not extend the legal cancellation or return period and do not create an additional right to a monetary refund beyond AuraBond’s website policy and applicable law.

You may cancel a distance sale (online order) within 14 days from the later of:
