At AuraBond, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency about costs and timelines.

Methods & Fees-

Home Delivery (Standard): ₪25 for orders below ₪299. Free for orders from ₪299 and up.
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days from dispatch (see note below).
Express Delivery (Optional): If enabled at checkout; pricing and estimated time are displayed during checkout.
💡 Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, or holiday eves in Israel. Remote areas or peak seasons may add extra time.

Processing & Tracking-

Orders approved by 12:00 (IDT) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

How Delivery Works-

Standard international shipments arrive in Israel and are handed off to a local last-mile carrier (e.g., Israel Post or a designated courier). Delivery may be directly to your home address or to a nearby pickup point, depending on the carrier’s policy.

Split Shipments-

Items from the same order may ship separately at no additional cost, so you can receive available products sooner.

Customs & Taxes-

Orders shipped to Israel may be subject to local VAT or import duties collected upon delivery (DDU/DAP). Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility under local law.

Delivery is typically 7–12 business days from order confirmation (production + shipping). During peak periods it may take slightly longer.

Use your tracking link. To find our Order Tracking page: scroll to the site footer and tap “Order Tracking”, or open the Help Center and go to “Orders & Shipping”. Tracking updates appear once the carrier scans your parcel.

Contact us ASAP. You’ll find “Contact us” in the site footer, or via the Help Center under “Info & Support”. If production/shipping hasn’t started, we’ll try to update it. Once dispatched, changes depend on the carrier.

Unused items in original condition can typically be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Start via our Return Form — available from the site footer under “Returns & Exchanges”, or in the Help Center under “Orders & Shipping”..

Hygiene-sensitive items and custom-made pieces may be non-returnable unless faulty. See our Return & Refund Policy — located in the site footer under “Legal”, or in the Help Center under “Legal & Privacy”.

Submit a request — go to the site footer (“Returns & Exchanges”) or the Help Center (“Orders & Shipping”).. Once approved and the original is returned, we’ll ship the new size/color or issue a refund per your choice.

Major credit/debit cards, wallet payments, and additional local options at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

For a compressive/sport fit choose the smaller; for a relaxed fit choose the larger. You can also contact us for personal advice — find “Contact us” in the footer or in the Help Center (“Info & Support”)..

Most do; check the product page for any specific fit notes (e.g., “runs small/large”).

Machine wash cold (~30°C), gentle cycle, garment inside out. Avoid fabric softener (reduces breathability).

Do not iron directly on prints/heat seals. If needed, iron inside out on low heat or place a cloth on top.

A slight first-wash shrink is common in cotton. Gentle drying and hang-drying help minimize it.

At AuraBond, we want you to feel confident shopping with us and to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Order Cancellations & Refunds-

You may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Customers who are senior citizens, new immigrants, or individuals with disabilities may be eligible for an extended cancellation period of up to 4 months, subject to providing proper documentation, as required by law.

Exchanges-

You may exchange an item for a different size or color within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return shipping costs for exchanges may apply to the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items-

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and the item(s).
In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return-

Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
Products damaged under the customer’s responsibility after delivery.
Underwear and lingerie of any kind (including bras, panties, and socks).

Scope-

These Terms govern your use of aurabond.co.il and any purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Prices, Currency & VAT-

Prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and are final and inclusive of all applicable charges.
As AuraBond operates as an exempt dealer (Osek Patur) under Israeli law, VAT does not apply to purchases and no tax invoice will be issued — only a receipt.
Any additional charges (e.g., shipping) are shown at checkout before payment so the total you see is the final price payable.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) for reasons including stock errors, pricing/typographical errors, suspected fraud, or failure to verify payment.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges -Your Legal Rights-

Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to any store policy:
Long-distance (remote) sales: You may cancel within 14 days from the later of (a) the transaction date or (b) receipt of the product/transaction summary document (“Full Disclosure”). A lawful cancellation may incur a cancellation fee capped at the lower of 5% of the price or 100₪. Refunds must be made within 14 days of your cancellation notice to the original payment method.
Extended cancellation (up to 4 months): Senior citizens (65+), new immigrants, and persons with disabilities may cancel within up to 4 months, provided the transaction included a conversation with our representative (including electronic communications). Proof of status may be requested.
When the issue is our fault: If cancellation is due to non-conformity, failure to provide service on time, or other breach, you’re entitled to a full refund within 14 days and no cancellation fee applies.
How to cancel (required options): You can cancel by sending a clear cancellation notice via at least one of the following:

Return shipping may apply unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Statutory rights take precedence.

Items not eligible for return: Custom-made goods, perishable items, items whose sealed packaging was opened and are copyable/recordable, underwear and similar hygiene-sensitive items, and additional categories defined by regulations and any product page that clearly states “non-returnable”. (These exclusions must be read in line with applicable regulations; statutory rights prevail.

We aim for accuracy in descriptions, images, and sizing charts; minor variations may occur.

Cancellation of Remote Sales- (Statutory Right)

You may cancel a purchase made on our website within 14 days of the later of: (a) receiving the product, or (b) receiving the transaction summary (“Full Disclosure”).
Protected groups (senior citizens aged 65+, new immigrants, and persons with disabilities): If the transaction involved a conversation with our representative (phone, chat, email), you may cancel within up to 4 months. Proof of status may be required.
Cancellation fee (in cases of change of mind): We may deduct a fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100₪ — whichever is lower.
No cancellation fee applies if cancellation is due to our fault (defect, non-conformity, late delivery).

For returns or exchanges not made under the statutory cancellation right:

Gift items or vouchers are refundable only if required by law.

AuraBond - Cancellation Policy

Aligned with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law & Cancellation Regulations-

1) Right to Cancel (Distance Sales / online orders)
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods or the contract disclosure (whichever is later). To cancel, send a written notice via:

Cancellation Fee & Costs -

For remorse-based cancellations, we charge a fee of up to 5% of the order value or ₪100 (the lower). If paid by credit card and we can prove gateway fees were charged to us for the cancelled order, those may be charged as well. No cancellation fee applies for defective, non-conforming, delayed, or misleading transactions.

Refund Timeline -

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Original shipping: Refunded when the entire order is returned/cancelled.
Return shipping: You may use our courier return for [₪X] or ship back via post/collection point as listed. If the reason is defect/non-conformity—we cover the return cost.

Product Condition -

Items must be returned unused, clean, with original tags, and preferably in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear and socks are returnable only if unused and the hygiene seal/packaging is intact.
Custom-made/personalized items are non-cancellable.
